About Evergreen Yoga

Evergreen Yoga was founded on a simple belief: that yoga is for everyone, at every age and stage of life. Our studio is a calm, unhurried sanctuary where seniors can move gently, breathe deeply, and connect with a warm community.

Our instructor, Maya Chen, brings 15 years of experience specializing in adaptive and senior yoga, with certifications in Yoga for Healthy Aging and Chair Yoga.
